These terms cover your use of AstroCall, the website at astrocall.app and the phone line +1 (318) 515-8777. AstroCall is operated by Narayana, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By buying minutes or calling, you agree to these terms.

What AstroCall is

AstroCall offers Vedic astrology readings by phone. Calls are answered by Tara, an AI astrologer. Her charts are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa and the Vimshottari dasha system, and her readings are generated by artificial intelligence from those calculations.

Astrology describes tendencies, not certainties. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they do not predict any specific outcome. Don't make important decisions based only on a reading. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or 911 in an emergency.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and calling from a US phone number. Please share birth details of other people only if they have agreed.

Minutes and payment

New callers get 3 free minutes, once per phone number. After that, calls use prepaid minutes bought on astrocall.app and tied to the phone number you enter at checkout. Call time is deducted by the second. When your minutes run out, the call ends, even in the middle of a sentence. Buy more and call back to carry on where you left off. Minutes do not expire. Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Referrals

If a friend buys minutes and enters your phone number as the person who referred them, you get 10 bonus minutes on that number. Only a friend's first purchase counts, you can't refer yourself, and you need to have called AstroCall or bought minutes yourself first. Bonus minutes are used after free minutes and before paid ones. They have no cash value, can't be refunded or transferred, and may be removed if the friend's purchase is refunded or if referrals are misused (for example, buying with numbers you control to earn bonus minutes).

SMS Terms

AstroCall text messages are sent by AstroCall, operated by Narayana, Inc. During a call, Tara may offer to text you a secure link to buy minutes, for example when you ask how to buy minutes or when your minutes run out. We send it only if you clearly say yes, and only to the number you are calling from. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Our SMS consent page shows how consent is collected.

Message frequency varies, usually one message each time you ask for a link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; you'll get one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email support@astrocall.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Calls and recordings

Calls are processed by our service providers so Tara can listen and reply, and transcripts may be kept to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no abuse of the line, no attempts to get around minute limits, and no unlawful use. We may refuse or end service for misuse.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
