AstroCall Call Tara

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains what AstroCall (operated by Narayana, Inc.) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your phone number, when you call and when you buy minutes, so we can tie minutes to it. If you enter a friend's number as the person who referred you, we keep it to give them their bonus minutes.

What you tell Tara, such as your name and your date, time and place of birth, and the conversation itself. Calls are recorded and converted to text so Tara can understand and reply, and so we can answer support requests and keep the service working well.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount and a record of the purchase, never your full card number.

Basic usage records, such as call length, purchase history and remaining minutes, and a short note of how each call went: the topic you asked about, whether you got a reading, and whether you wanted more time.

The birth details you save on the website, together with the phone number you'll call from, so Tara has them when you call.

Website counts. We count visits and taps (such as on the call button) by day, the site you came from, your country and whether you're on a phone or a computer. These are totals only: no cookies, and no IP address or phone number goes with them.

How we use it

To give you readings, keep track of your minutes, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, and keep the service working and safe. If you ask Tara to remember your birth details, we save them so you don't have to repeat them next time. We also keep a short summary of each call for 90 days, so if a call ends because your minutes ran out, Tara can pick up where you left off when you call back. The summary can include past events you mention and how you like your readings, for example whether you want remedies and any faith or practice you told Tara you follow, so she doesn't ask again. Asking Tara to forget you deletes these too. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages

AstroCall, operated by Narayana, Inc., sends you a text message only when you agree to it out loud on a call with Tara, for example to receive a secure link to buy minutes. We use your phone number and the record of your consent (when you agreed, and the call transcript) only to send the messages you asked for, to act on STOP and HELP replies, and to keep proof that you agreed. Our SMS consent page shows exactly how consent is collected, and the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service cover the messages themselves.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy.

Who helps us

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Twilio (phone calls and text messages), ElevenLabs (voice conversation, speech recognition and call recordings), Amazon Web Services (the AI model that writes Tara's replies), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (website and storage), plus our own server that calculates birth charts. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Call recordings, transcripts and saved birth details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information by emailing support@astrocall.app from, or naming, the phone number you use. During a call you can also ask Tara to forget your details. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have these rights and we honor them for everyone.

Children

AstroCall is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Questions: support@astrocall.app.
