SMS Consent

AstroCall, operated by Narayana, Inc., texts a caller only when they agree to it out loud during a phone call to +1 (318) 515-8777. This is the script our AI astrologer, Tara, follows.
When Tara asks
People call +1 (318) 515-8777 for an astrology reading. Tara offers a text only when the caller asks how to buy minutes, when their free or paid minutes have run out, or at the start of a free trial or of a call with only a few minutes left, so the link can arrive the moment their time is up. In that last case the text is sent right after the call, and only if the caller's minutes ran out. She never offers during an emotional moment, and asks at most once per call unless the caller asks again.
What Tara says
"Would you like me to text a secure payment link to the number you're calling from? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
Tara then waits for the answer. A text is sent only after a clear yes, such as "Yes" or "Sure, send it." Anything else, including silence or an unclear answer, counts as no, and nothing is sent. The text always goes to the number the caller is calling from, never to a number read out on the call.
The message
AstroCall: Thanks for calling! Here's your secure link to add minutes: https://astrocall.app/... Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Help and opting out
Replying HELP returns: "AstroCall: For help, email support@astrocall.app. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Replying STOP returns: "AstroCall: You're unsubscribed and won't get more messages. Reply START to resubscribe." After STOP, no further messages are sent unless the caller agrees again.
Records
Calls are recorded and transcribed, so each caller's consent is kept with the record of the call, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service include our SMS Terms. Questions: support@astrocall.app.
