Cancellation and refunds

AstroCall sells prepaid reading minutes. We want you to feel good about every purchase.

Cancelling a purchase

If you haven't used the minutes from a purchase, you can cancel it and get a full refund within 30 days of buying them. If you've used some, we refund the unused part of that purchase on request within the same 30 days.

Used minutes

Minutes already spent on a reading aren't refundable, because readings are for entertainment and personal reflection and no particular outcome is promised.

Dropped calls and technical problems

If a call drops or fails because of a problem on our side, tell us and we'll restore the minutes it used. If you were charged but your minutes never arrived, we'll add them or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email support@astrocall.app with the mobile number you bought minutes for and the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Free trial minutes and referral bonus minutes have no cash value and aren't refundable. If a purchase that earned someone a referral bonus is refunded, we may remove that bonus.
